1- My process was an initial phone screen. 2- Interviews with sales manager to review background, sales history, service selling, and goals. 3- interviews with the existing 2 sales directors. 4. 2nd Interview with sales manager where I was asked to submitt a sales marketing plan. 5. Last Interview with CEO, who flew in for a lunch 1:1 meeting.
