SolarWinds Systems Engineer interview questions

Getting in contact and communicating with HR was great. Interview day came, went to the building, all nice and good. Nice place, some free snacks and coffee. The position should definitely have been called Application Support not Systems Engineer, since the activities were focused on troubleshooting, scaling and supporting some middleware apps. The people which held the interview showed almost total lack of soft skills, and seemed that they didn't understand the profile they're looking for. "Exceptional" overtime needed 2 times per week and as per their request, it's expected the people in the team to give 140% and stay however much is needed to finish their tasks. The interview was oriented rather on specific commands than concepts, technology, methods, systems knowledge, documentation interpretation and understanding etc.
