20m call with recruiter, 30m video interview with two "Solarians", 30m video interview with the future manager, 10m call with verbal offer; The entire process from the first call to the offer took about four weeks, which is relatively good. Put out feelers on job board, contacted by HR. Phone screen by HR, met the SDR manager and their manager. Very simple, completed in two steps. Offer given the next day.
