I applied for the job in the middle of November. I got an email from the recruiter with a google form link and the following message - "We'd like to ask you a few more questions. When you have a couple of minutes, please click the following link and complete the form." The form took me around half an hour as it is filling out answers for technical behavioral situations. After 2 weeks of submitting the form,  I got a request to reply following answers by recording on video. They claimed it would take 15-20 minutes -  Please make a short video...*Please install Loom and make a short video (as long as you need) walking through the following two questions: 1. What is your favorite project management tool? How do you keep projects organized? How do you measure your success as a project manager? 2. Let's assume there are 4 projects we could push forward. They are all slightly different in focus, have different levels of 'readiness' and different levels of 'potential impact'. There is a lively debate amongst the operators and product teams on which projects are the most critical to success. How do you help the team prioritize and manage the right projects to success? You can use a similar 'real world' example to help make your point. As much non-confidential information / specifics you can share to make the example clear the better... I already spend 1.5 hours writing my script and determining some examples and had some quick questions so I requested if I can quickly talk to someone. The recruiter never replied and after a week, I got an email that I was no longer considered for the position. Interviewing is two-way communication, I had such an impersonal experience. I wonder how would be to work at this company. They expect you to put a few hours without discussing the position or company.

Submitted application and was then asked to answer questions which would take "a few minutes of my time". The questions took hours to answer completely. Two weeks went by with nothing and I was then told to record myself answering even more questions. I never even received a phone call or anything more personal, so I decided to move on from this company and not complete the video questions.
