I was asked to answer a written exam about c/c++ then there was in-person interview with my current team leader and project manager which I was asked again about c++ and my experience . Lastly I was asked to write some code about encryption and decryption using c++ , Qt and OpenSSL and send it back during three days.

1-simple MCQ technical exams in C#, C++ and OOB besides IQ & English test 2-interview with HR and Technical Manager just simple discussion about your work experience and team work. 3-assignment with 3 days as deadline that is related to cryptography to be discussed with their development team. 4-meeting with general manager (conversation about the importance of EQ) no one will fail at this stage.
