It was a panel interview. With questions that started with tell me about a time. Wanted to see what your values where like. They are big on seeing if your values match the companys core values.

Interview was your basic situational questions. "What would you do", "explain a time when". Lasted about an hour, they tell you about the company, want to hear about you, and then about seven to ten of your situational questions.
