Applied on website using CV and creating profile. I was contacted for a fitness test (bleep test level 5.4) once I had passed this, I was contacted for an interview (telephone due to pandemic). This was a series of statements, I was asked to put them into categories, which were - most like me, not like me or a bit like me. Statements like I am respectable, I am consistent, I'm straight forward and to the point. Then asked to give an example of each. There were around 15 statements.
