Structured, standard stuff
Interviewed by two staff, including my future line manager. They explained the job well, set expectations that were reasonable. The questions weren't hard or trick questions, they genuinely seemed keen to understand if I fit.

Interview
The first interview is with HR and it is the best part, the second interview is with two directors and one senior director. The last part should be the review process between senior management and the job applicant.
