I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview is standardized across Sodexo accounts, which is helpful so you can go in prepared with ideas of your answers to the questions being asked. After applying online, a recruiter called me with a brief screening, and then the CNM for the position I applied for called to schedule the interview for a few days later. The interview was1:1 with the CNM, and I also met the other dietitians on staff. The whole interview process took about an hour. I was notified about a week later that I wasn’t selected, but overall it was still a pleasant interview experience.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to get the job done despite significant challenges.
Seamless - asks some of those personality type questions though. I think most companies are doing that now. It’s awkward and uncomfortable but you try and use honest experiences and you’ll get through it.

Question 1
One thing they asked me about was my background experience.
Was given clinical and management scenarios and asked how I might handle them. Hiring manager offered feedback on how they might handle things differently, overall a positive process. Learned more about the culture at the site and goals of their current team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was with a group of three (one via iPhone) and they asked standard questions but all talked so much that it lasted over 90 minutes and they did not validate parking. There were lots of red flags that led me to not want to work there just in the first 20 minutes including them bluntly airing grievances about the former employees.
