2 Stage interview process that immediately starts off with "this is an urgent role that we must fill ASAP". This immediately makes a candidate more involved and ensures they respond quick to next steps should there be. I replied to all next steps very quickly. After I did 2 rounds of interviews, they simply never got back to me about next steps even though they said they will discuss it right after the call. Good interview but poor recruitment process.
