4 different parts of the interview Phone interview Interview with the manager Assessment Interview with multiple team members All interviews seem to have went great. After the final interview I didn’t hear back for about 3 weeks. I then received an email saying i was declined for the role. It would’ve been nice to not waist about a month and a half of my time interviewing. Very poor interview process. Why sell people on the company during the process to just waste their time .
