I went through about 4-5 phone screens (each lasting about 30 minutes) with their Head of Operations, CEO, Head of Sales and a few peers before being called in to have a day at their Manila office.
Once I cleared that, I was given a real data to analyze and come up with a proposal on how/ which product to launch to maximize company growth and profitability.
What came up consistently across the process was that everyone at Snappr is smart and data first. The leadership team seemed incredibly accessible and was open to being challenged in the project presentation when faced with the right data.
