Interview
The hiring manager directly reached out to me and arranged an interview. I felt a friendly vibe during the interview and really wanted to work with them. But I probably didn't perform well enough cuz this was my first interview in NZ. It was a bit disappointing that I finally received a rejection letter after several days from their recruiter.

Interview
Thorough panel interviews, good exposure to senior team, not to lower tiers. The style was conversational and casual, but the team were well-briefed and had excellent questions, prompting a wide-ranging conversation. This gave me an excellent insight into who was leading the company - encouraging and positive.
