Interview
The interview process was so smooth. Every conversation was remote and it worked pretty well. Tiina did great job booking all the meetings on time and keeping me updated on the progress of the process.
The preparation for the demo is challenging since the Smartly tool has lots of possibilities and there are lots of content to learn. But there are guiding on what os important to show on the demo.

Interview
I had 1 online interview with HR, 1 online interview with CPO and a product manager and an onsite interview in Helsinki office.
The company was quite fast in terms of flows (it took 2 month because of my schedule).
All guys in team were super friendly and nice, the atmosphere in the company was great too.
