SFC presents itself as valuing “clear communication,” an “employee-first approach,” and “attention to detail.” However, these principles were not reflected at any point in the recruitment process. From the very beginning, there was a lack of transparency regarding the structure of the salary package and benefits. I had an online interview, I had to complete an assignment and attend an in-person interview, only to later find out that the offer was significantly lower than my indicated expectations. This experience felt like a complete waste of time and effort.
