This interview process was the best I have ever experienced. The process started with a phone screen, then meeting with a member of the team for more tactical questions, then a project, and then finally, presenting the project to the team. After every interaction, I was given clear direction, timelines and even feedback from the talent team - which is less common. They even paid for the time and work put in to doing the project. It is very important to use the STAR method when responding to questions during the interview - specific examples of the work is key. Excellent experience!
