A recruiter reached out, and gave a take-home coding assessment. Successfully completed the assessment and was then told I was not longer considered for the role, was then given no other information and ghosted.

Basic front-end programming question/problem to solve.

Interview
Initial screen with HR to see if you could be a good fit for the role. Then I was scheduled for a couple of interviews. First it was a systems design interview with one of the founders. Worst interview I’ve ever had. The interviewer didn’t give any feedback and was distracted doing something else. He was clearly lacking some soft skills, and looked like he didn’t want to be there.
Then I had another interview with another employee to go through my résumé and talk about my professional experience. The interviewer was helpful and we could actually have an interesting conversation.
