Interview
there were 3 interviews. 2 virtual interviews and 1 in person. the first interview was just to weed people out. 3 interviews is too much and there was a lot of repeating myself accross interviews
There seems to be a lot of interview steps for this company and it set some red flags. The first interview, there were four candidates and they basically have you go through a bracket challenge. I had to showboat, not only for the employer but the other candidates.

The interview process was 3 steps and very efficient.
1. Screening interview with the HR manager
2. Zoom interview with hiring manager and HR manager
3. In-person interview with the hiring manager and business leaders.
