There are four steps in the selection process:
1. You have a call with the recruiter of the company. It's to know if you interests are aligned with the company and you follow the cultural fit.
2. A HackerRank test where you have 1 hour to solve Python and SQL questions. It's totally feasible.
3. A real interview with 1/2 engineers. Probably you will have the typical whiteboard interview with some Python/SQL exercises and some theoretical questions.
4. Last interview with the Architect of the company. It could be another Python/SQL interview or just to talk about
