The whole recruitment process has three rounds of interviews. One was the telephonic one, wherein the interviewer, here, referred to as she asked me questions regarding my experiences as were mentioned in the CV. In the next round, the interviewer, here also, she, asked me some general questions regarding myself, hobbies, am I willing to relocate and gave me a scenario based questions of a classroom setting. Lastly, was my interview with the Director, here, he and he asked me about the similarities and differences between the place I belong to and the place where I am studying currently and my salary expectations. Overall, it was a nice experience, with low level of difficulty I must say.
