Interview
First Stage: Half an hour call with Talent Acquisition team to assess motivations and discuss the role/company
Second Stage: 45 minute call with two Regional Sales Managers, primarily motivation based
Final Stage: 45 minute call with two Regional Sales Managers, STAR methos questions detailing experience and skills
Did not go through with the opportunity, felt a drive to hit quota rather than a love for the platform/role. Small deal sizes (£100-£300), less incentive. Manager came across as assumptive about my current role/company rather than asking questions or elaboration, left me with concerns about management style. Lastly management spent the interview holding a vape, raising concerns over professionalism.
TA was a dream throughout the process!
