Interview process started with recruiter having first call. He setup a call with hiring manager for following week. First surprise - job role scope given by recruiter and hiring manager were different. Anyhow that I accepted and let it go. After hiring manager interview, silent for a week. Again recruiter approached for scheduling next round for week after. Continued this way with significant gaps between interviews ( suspected like a delayed tactics). No transparency on number of rounds or interview process. Continued this way for 4 rounds. Then again came back after few days for presentation round. that again happened after 2 weeks of gap. Though Hiring manager had told there may be 2 more interviews after his round but they continued with 5 interviews with weeks gap in between. Then as expected 'REJECT' with standard email
Seems like this company resort to backup hiring.
Be aware! Always ask in front the interview process. if they are delaying scheduling interviews with more than week gap each time that's a RED flag
