Simpro Business Development Manager interview questions

The interview process was professional and thorough. It was comprised of two phone interviews, a face-to face via web-ex, followed by being flown out to the US corporate HQ in CO. I met several of the staff, had several one on ones's , and had to give presentation to 4 individuals: the founder, US president of the company, and Director of marketing. Lunch was then provided at the office with those individuals.

Started with a request for an intro letter, next a phone screen, then a direct manager phone interview, next a phoneinterview with the CEO, finally an on-site interview in which you meet many members of the team and you are encouraged to interview them as much as they interview you so you can make sure the company will fit your needs as much as you meet there requirements.
