for my experience, written exam first, then it took me a whole 8 hours of 3 rounds of interviews. The interview is mainly about how much I can carry multiple projects at the same time given the roles of the position I was applying for. In my experience, we were a batch of 6 applicants, and we all took the exam and individual interviews in the conference room, and waited in the lobby/reception area in between interview rounds.
