Applied by sending my resume to the company. Got an interview a little while later over Skype with Simon. Very stress free, Simon is a really nice guy. We had a conversation followed by some technical questions.

Interview process was fairly informal. There was only one interview which was held on campus so it didn't involve any significant time commitment. The interview was a mix of technical and behavioral questions over the course of an hour. The interviewer was on the executive board at the company, but it was still very casual. It flowed more like a conversation about career goals and experience rather than a typical question-oriented interview.
