I only got the quick HR questions via email. The recuirer asked me about the salary expections and if I require the sponsorship. I just want to see how other people answer similar questions and how the interview in the future will be like.

Just the phone interview, it takes about 50 mins, they ask 2 general questions and 1 coding question. The phone signal is not very good, so I could not hear clearly what he said. And I have to ask him to rapid the interview question.
