I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sikes Group (San Jose, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
So fast and polite, they call me one day before a apply the job, and the interviewers was kind, they sent me by email the instructions, and made a test that was not so difficult
Online group interview via explorer and phone. The whole group was present and asked everyone the same questions with everyone taking a turn. Then an unrelated test followed. The whole process was just weird.
