The interview process day 1 :
Had a basic introduction call and then Hr told that he will be sending an assignment. He did send the assignment after days. I completed the assignment within a week and then mailed the HR regarding same.
The HR did not reply for almost two weeks and when he replied he told that he would reach out to me in 2 days bu guess what the HR again replied back after a week.
He informed that I have been shortlisted and will have another round and he update about it.
He just udated about it 1 hour prior to the interview. Somehow I managed to say yes for next round .
Round 2:
I was waiting for the interviewer to come and start the interview but no one joined the interview process and again I tried connecting to the HR and after successfull wasting my 15-20 mins the interviewer called and said she is having a meeting and would connect after an hour. I guess they don't have any time management in their company or they commit to multiple things at same time.
Interview round 2 started and she fired basic question on java and node.js and she was taking interview as if she is not at all interested and was just forced to take the interview.
Interview ended and got a reply after a week from HR saying I am up for round 3.
Round 3:
Again after a week round 3 was there and guess what same thing again the interviewer did not appear at stated time again there was a reschedule. The interview started the interviewer asked some question and he was so determined as to not listen to new answers and just stick to usual theory answers. It was the most boring interview of my life and I felt at that very point that it is not the right company for me where new answers are not entertained.
After this I never connected to the HR as HR is very slow in responding and it will again take weeks for them to reply so I choose not to continue with the process.
I would suggest anyone giving interview to be patient as they work very slow.
