I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siegelson (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied via email and was shorty contacted (via email) by an HR consultant the organization brought in to screen through the hiring process. We narrowed down a date and time for a phone interview. About two weeks later I received an email saying I was not moving on in the process. I thanked the interviewer for letting me know and asked what qualifications the other candidates had to move on but never received a response. With the exception of the phone interview itself, all correspondence was through email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly general questions (about background) and a lot of IT related questions. Interviewer also asked about salary range - an unfair question to ask. [Companies know their budget for new hires. If a company is unwilling to reveal their salary range, why should they expect a candidate to give theirs?]
