I met directly with one of the business owners and we sat down to discuss my skills, my background, the requirements of the job opportunity, and the training process. The interview process was comfortable, informative, and provided a clear understanding of the job requirements and pay rate.

Question 1
I was asked whether I had any experience with running wires in the part, although experience in this is not always necessary (the company was willing to train me).
