1st stage: Life story Interview over the phone. I was asked about my previous experience and what I was looking for.
2nd stage: Technical assessment with a member of the team posing as a customer. I had to tackle multiple issues simultaneously during the assessment.

Q: What was one time you failed to accomplish something? What did you learn from it?
Lengthy. Similar to an IQ test at some points. Alot of emphasis on overcoming personal weaknesses and mistakes. Video chat was ok and only took roughly 30 minutes. Process took over 2 weeks
