Interview
I was an intern before and got an offer for the position. At that time, I had to solve math problems, had an interview with HR (the HR just asking about shopee’s basic knowledge (for instance : campaign); asking about candidate interests, skills). It happened in 1 day. In the evening of that day, I got a call that tell me about the acceptance and I continued to the next interview. In the next interview with my reporting manager, he asked me about my background, my knowledge about shopee and etc.
I heard that nowadays, due to the amount of candidate, shopee make a panel interview or LGD about campaign and the candidate have to know abput every section in the app and campaign banner in shopee (but idk for sure about this)

It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice

Intern was quite chill and asked about myself and how I would deal in a difficult situation, afterwards it was up to me to ask any questions for the company
Smooth, fast and signed contract within less than 2 weeks from start process. Start with call with HR, schedule interview with team, and they may include tests if need be
