Interview
Fairly simple, a one to one interview and was asked rather standard questions at the interview about experience and shared a little about my aspirations and values. Done in a jiffy, no technical tests or what so. Focus on sharing how you can value add the team and demonstrate that you're a keen learner.
HR phone screening > set interview time > call with hiring manager and team manager > HR get back within 1 week for offers ; total process about 1 to 1.5 months till official offer letter signing
quick and effective, very supportive and open. overall a nice experience for the interview, the user was very nice and also eager to learn about what i can do. definitely one of those good experiences you have at job seeking. i ended up taking the job
2 HR attended the first interview; the junior one was just following script and the senior HR guided the junior on what to say… didn’t make the role sound very exciting. After that was tasked to do excel test and didn’t went past this stage.
