Behavioural-based questions are interview questions that assess how you handled past situations to predict future performance. They often start with “Tell me about a time when…” and evaluate problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice
