Interview
The whole process was clear and fast, an initial HR call, a meeting with the CEO of the company of an hour to discuss my situation and my experience, and then a case I had 4 days to prepare and had to expose in an hour. I got rejected at this final round with no feedback whatsoever, I reached out to HR and to the CEO to ask at least for a small feedback, and I got no answer. I don't understand why they behave like this.

Il processo iniziale coinvolge l’HR ed é costituito da una serie di domande sulla propria esperienza e carriera, approfondimenti sul ruolo per sì vieni intervistati e si conclude con una prova di 20-30 min su domande e quiz logici
Test iniziali semplici. Chiacchierata con il founder. Business Case alla fine. All'inizio non avevano fretta nel condurre le interview (risposta al CV dopo un mese) poi volevano concludere il processo di interview nel giro di una settimana.
