Shenton Insurance Brokers Management Associate interview questions

Interviewer was the founder and company leader and spent the interview bragging about himself as if expecting me to clap and ooh and ahh. Asked irrelevant questions like my parents occupations just so he can put others down and act like he's superior to the whole world. At the end of the interview, demanded that I give a response by noon the next day, which was not even 24h. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He also mentioned that since they were hiring 2 people for this position, if they hired me they would hire a male for the other vacancy, which is blatant sexism. Violates fair employment practice.
