First I had a 30-minute call with HR, and after that one I was informed that I passed to the next stage, which was a call with the managing director.
The main problem is that she expected me to be available directly the following day to have the call with him (with no other options). Unfortunately I couldn't attend the interview with such a short notice, and for over 10 days she couldn't find any other available slot.
Two weeks later, after my second follow up, she told me that they actually realized they needed someone with experience in the EdTech industry.
Overall, I found this process incredibly unprofessional. I am glad that it didn't go further.
