I then attended a short and casual interview, either on-site or online, where the interviewer asked me about my interest in working at Sharetea, my customer service attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and public holidays. After the interview, I was informed of the result and, upon selection, proceeded with basic training before starting the job.
