Very simple via chat, I haven't started and came here to look into the company. The interview was very easy, and included questions related to the customer service position that I was applying for.
It was a wonderful interview with a lovely lady named Aley. She spoke to me of the pros and cons back then and when I got hired...she trained me on becoming a lead.

Over the phone, rather simple. The interviewer was very nice and seemed interested in what I had to say. Unfortunately I didn't get the job but the interview process wasn't too strenuous.
