The process was super easy and very conversational. I would just suggest that you know as much as you can about the company before interviewing. I had two interviews and then applied since I knew someone at the company.

Interview
One interview with EVP and CRO. Very forthcoming that about their needs and what they were looking for: high energy and strong work ethic. Follow up interviews with other Executives were easier than first interview. Make sure you write a thank you note.
