Interview
It was a pretty good process, even though there is a little bit problem when the HR didn't send the confirmation email earlier and the information regarding interview is pretty close with the schedule. There is two interview, between that I need to write a task for writing an essay. It was a pleasant process and I have chance to reschedule the second interview because I feel unwell.

Interview
At first it was an interview with the user (Director of Partnership) and afterwards there was an interview with one of the CEOs. At first I was informed that there will be an assignment, but I got no follow up at all so I did it myself and was informed that there wouldn’t be any assignment for me. Then they went on radio silent for another week. Very inconsistent. Messy management. Unclear about what they want and need. I withdrew my application, no way I want to work with them after this.
