Sentry (CA) Manager of Docs & Technical Writing interview questions

This was the first company I interviewed at where all the negative Glassdoor reviews turned out to be accurate and I had to decline to move forward. After a standard introductory call with the recruiter, I had another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I got an automated email that they wanted to have me speak with the same person in a 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour call, without specifying what would be covered in each of those conversations.
