Long Behaviorals + Take Home. I think 5 steps in total. overall really organized interview process and nice recruiter, but the higher ups weren't as friendly as it seems. felt sad after getting rejected after 3 rounds that includes a take home that took me 3 days
I applied online. I interviewed at SentiLink in Apr 2026
Interview
10 separate interviews - mostly asking about my past experience, personality type stuff, a few technical ones including an (easy) leetcode style coding one, data science/ML related to their product, and working through an example fraud case. Technical questions were easy compared to similar jobs. Nice and friendly people, but a long process.

Question 1
Suppose the internal model gives XYZ result, how would you interpret this? What would you do next? What would you recommend to a client based on this?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SentiLink in Apr 2026
Interview
Received referral, made it to second technical round. Both rounds were proctored coding OAs over Zoom, in a language of my choice. Test cases provided, just had to pass them.
