Standard informal individual 1-2-1s with 3 staff members Included 1 hr in tray exercise Applied for a part-time contract role via agency. Attended a 3.5 hr interview including 1 hr ‘in-tray’ exercise. Over a month has passed and no courtesy call or email to inform me of their client’s decision and the consultant has ghosted me. It takes time and money to attend interviews, the least you can do is place a phone call or send an email with feedback or explanation in light of these changes.
