They reached out to me via LinkedIn. I interviewed with both founders. Both very friendly and very professional. The interview was very thorough, with the interviewers asking questions to understand my capabilities and personality to see if it would be a good fit for the position offered.

Interview
The interview process was phone screening, interview with hiring manager and then assignment. In my opinion, it might be subjective of course, the assignment was too big considering short time frame and the size of the company, I was offered to proceed to the next step, however it was not a good fit for me. The hiring managers are nice, polite and friendly.

Mainly about previous experience, previous roles and accomplishments. Nothing tricky or complicated.
The company reached out to me and scheduled an interview to which they asked me to come prepared with an assignment. after a week, and two days before the interview, I got a cancellation for the meeting without even a phone call to explain or apologize for the loss of time invested in the assignment. I find it disrespectful and I believe it tells a lot about the organizational culture.
