Sendible interview questions

I made it to 4 phases: Initial Screening: The first step may involve a phone or video call with a recruiter to discuss your experience, skills, and interest in the role. They may also ask some basic questions to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications. Technical Interview: If you pass the initial screening, the next step is a technical interview with the hiring manager They may ask you to walk them through your design process, provide examples of your work, and ask you to complete a design exercise to assess your design skills and approach. Design Test and then an interview to review that design task.

I submitted my application, and later that week, someone contacted me to set up an interview. Following the phone interview, the next step was completing an assignment. I submitted the assessment but have yet to hear back from Sendible. They completely ghosted me. They also ignored my emails requesting updates on my application. Shame on those individuals, and I hope their current employees are doing well because their treatment of candidates is deplorable.
