Had a super friendly initial call with Jelka, then an onsite meeting where I met the founders. A couple more meetings with the team and with the executive team later, and we hit it off straight away :) The process obviously involved a few more meetings than it might for the average developer position, but I think it was very valuable for both myself and the team to know what we're walking into.
