Sellics Marketplace Analytics interview questions

Thank you again for the pleasant call for the position of Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d) - Remote friendly at Sellics and the time you've invested. Unfortunately, we ended up moving forward with another candidate, but we'd like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn about you and your skills and accomplishments.

At first the interviewing process went fine, and it seemed to be moving quickly. They gave me an assignment which I completed, and then I had a 1 hour call with my "to be manager" and another "coworker". The manager seemed like he had already made up his mind on who he wanted to hire and it felt like they were just dragging me through the process. The other person in the team felt like was overworked and didn't really enjoy his job. Then, I waited for weeks for feedback, and at some point assumed I did not get the job. I reached out to them and they finally rejected me, and then I asked for feedback since they put me through 2 interviews and an assignment which was I think a level above what my role was going to be. They provided absolutely no feedback, and just ghosted me. A bit of a waste of time, so I would say when you apply just don't expect much.
