Interview
No structured interview questions - was firing questions as a conversation. Two stages with one interviewer only and was asked to do a presentation in the final stage. Normally you’d expect to be given a brief and formally in the invite email - however it was more said in the interview to prepare a presentation in a couple of days time - and had to remember the brief from that interview and wasn’t formally stated in the email or again - so had to go off memory. The presentation came more as the conversation went on and developed as opposed to a structured interview process which deemed fair.

Interview
Was contacted online by the recruiter. Had to do a type of interview where you video-record yourself.
Got invited for a meeting a week later. However, they canceled an interview a day prior to it and sent me a technical task (without previous arrangements with me whatsoever, never bothered to check if I had free time to do it. )
They gave me 2-3 days timeline to finish it (In the middle of the week).
I did solve the tasks, however, the second task had an obvious error (They were modifying it, but forgot to update comments or test cases)
I finished the given tasks in time and fixed their errors. Noting in my own comments that their own tests will not work because I had to edit it.
A day after they just replied with copy-pasted text saying they were not interested. I politely asked for more info, just in case I had missed something and made an error myself. But they never answer.
My only conclusion is that they just ran the tests and never bothered to read my comments. So I guess that is not a good sign.

I wish I could put here a good feedback, but I cannot.
I was processing on Senior DevOps engineer position, successfully went through HR and technical interviews.
Technical interview was good, they asked me good and relevant questions.
What is terrible is that I was waiting for a feedback around 2 weeks. I had an offer from other company, but I've declined it, because I had a feeling that Securency suits me best. What a mistake.
After two weeks of promises to provide me any feedback, they sent me an offer. For Middle DevOps engineer position and 70% of salary on my previous job.
I don't understand why they made me waiting such a long time and didn't tell me that I don't fit the position I was processing for.
It's a really frustrating experience.
