Interview
First you receive a Hackerrank coding challenge. Then they invite you for an onsite technical interview. The third step is another coding challenge where a complete web service needs to be implemented. This is a mini project. When this is completed, you will discuss your solution with them onsite. Then you will have a manager interview discussing your personal morivations, goals, reason for change, etc. Finally you will have an insightful cultural fit interview with the CEO. Cultural fit is very important for them and the CEO is very experienced to build businesses with the best people. Finally as the last step the CEO will introduce the company and its goals as well as you will get a product demo and an honest introduction how their business model work.
The interview process is well defined and was enjoyable to get through of it.
I had 4 + 1 step and was able to discuss the upcoming role with every every relevant person in the division

Interview
There was a Hacker Rank task followed by a technical on-site interview. After that there were two more interviews with the VP of Engineering and the CEO which had the goal of getting to know each other well. The process concluded with a trial day.
